Lease or buy, off Strada Columna
A dental practice, a 14-page note, and a workbook comparing the next rooms. 19 working days.
Cisurt prepares the written plan, the scenario workbook, and a short deck from a hall on Strada București and from calls across Moldova and the EU.

Forty-seven plans sit on that shelf, the oldest from April 2019. Legal names stay in the engagement. Here the work is filed by district, and by what actually left the room.
A dry-goods importer needed a pack for a loan meeting. In 23 working days the studio handed over a 28-page plan, a workbook with three purchase prices, and an 11-slide deck.
A dental practice, a 14-page note, and a workbook comparing the next rooms. 19 working days.
A six-person software firm in Râșcani. The model, plus four pages on price. 11 working days.
A family cellar adding a tasting room and a small kitchen. The full pack, in 23 working days.
The deck is drawn after the workbook. The document is written against those cells, in sentences a partner can argue with. A full pack leaves the hall in 23 working days. A review of a plan you already have takes 8.
The document runs between 18 and 40 pages and is written after the sheet, in English or Romanian. You receive a PDF. It names the decision, puts the assumptions in sentences, walks the three cases, and says what would make the plan fail.
It is not a slide file with paragraphs pasted under the titles. If the meeting will be held in Russian, say so in the brief and the files follow that language.
One workbook, three cases
The last price actually paid, freight included, converted on the day of that invoice. This is the column the other two have to beat or survive.
The move in the purchase currency that you name in the brief, and the buyer who pays later than usual.
A clause already in a contract, switched on. Not a hope.
An audit of a plan you already have. We read the document and the sheet side by side. You get the marked files, a repaired workbook when the structure can be saved, and a list of questions the meeting is likely to ask. Eight working days. The fee in the reply is 860 EUR, in EUR or MDL as you prefer, before any marking starts.
We mark the decision, the meeting, and the figures you already trust. If that meeting sits inside 11 working days, the reply says so and the pack gets narrower.
Price, volume, wages, rent, and the cash delay go on the pinboard before they go into cells. The board stays up until the files leave.
Base, tight, and stretch are columns on the table. A card moves only when the driver it stands for changes. A case the brief cannot explain does not stay.
The document quotes the cells. A sentence with no cell comes out. The deck is cut after that, usually somewhere between 9 and 14 slides.
In Chișinău the driver map is plotted at A0 and pinned for the hall day. On a call, the same sheet is on the screen in Room Linia. You leave with the PDF, the workbook, and the deck.
The call rooms are on the same floor as the long table. Room Linia was replastered. The hall was not. We plot in the hall because the wall is long, and we take calls in Linia because the screen needs a flat wall.
Ninety minutes on a shared screen. Four seats, a camera on a stand, the sheet large enough to point at. This is the room when you are in Bălți, Cahul, Iași, or further into the EU.
Two people, one screen, for audits and for the second pass on a workbook. The plotter does not fit in here. It stands in the hall, with the rolls.
Electricity for the compressors, stock turn, and a buyer in the north who pays late.
Base, tight, and stretch, and why stretch is a clause rather than a wish.
Eight working days with a grant plan that does not match its sheet.
The reply comes within two working days, with a fee, a start date, and the list of figures we need. Strada București 41, Chișinău, or a call from wherever you already are.
