Tuesday to Friday, 9:30–17:30, Chișinău time. Monday calls are by appointment. Hall days, if you want the long table, are Tuesday and Thursday.
Come up if you are in the city. If you are in Bălți, Cahul, or anywhere in the EU, book the screen in Room Linia instead. We do not send a pin and we do not ask you to hunt the courtyard on a map.
The mail opens on your machine
Fill what you know. Sending builds a message to [email protected]. Attach the figures in that mail once it opens. If the button does nothing, write to us directly.
Before you send
How fast is a reply?
Within two working days. The reply carries a fee, a start date, and the list of figures we still need. It is not an engagement until you accept it.
What belongs in the brief?
Your name, the company, the city you work from, the decision the plan must support, the meeting date if there is one, and whether you need a plan, a model, or a review. Attach the last accounts or invoices you already trust.
Do we have to come to Chișinău?
No. The pack can be done on calls of ninety minutes. The hall is optional: four hours on a Tuesday or Thursday, six seats, an A0 on the wall. Say in the brief if you want that day.
Which language are the files?
English or Romanian. Russian when the meeting will be held in Russian. The reply names the language, so the workbook headers and the document match the room.
What do we leave with?
A PDF of the document, an XLSX workbook, and, on a full pack, a short PDF deck. On a hall day, the plotted sheet as well. We do not hand over a login to a tool you then have to keep paying for.
When does the clock start?
When the figures named in the reply are in our hands. If they arrive late, the count of working days pauses. An audit is 8 working days, a model and note 11, a full pack 23. The studio page has the fees that go with those counts.
