What a cookie is, here

A cookie is a small text file that a site asks your browser to keep and send back to that same site. Cisurt Planning S.R.L., Strada București 41, oficiul 3, MD-2012 Chișinău, telephone +373 22 917 648, email [email protected], is the only party that sets cookies on this domain. The script that does it is js/script.js, served from this site. Nothing on the page calls another company’s script.

The Republic of Moldova has no separate statute that regulates cookies by that name. Where a cookie stores or reads information that relates to an identifiable person, Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data applies. A page count tied to a browser can be personal data if it can be linked to a person. We treat the measurement cookie as personal data and we place it only with your consent, under article 6(1)(a) of that law. Consent is a choice you make on this page. Leaving the page, or doing nothing, is not consent. The cookie that stores the choice itself is kept so the site can respect the choice, which is a condition of being able to apply it.

Until you press “Save cookie choice”, the site sets neither cookie. You can use every page, send a brief, and call the studio with no cookie at all.

The two cookies

cisurt_choice

Operation of the site. Stores the word “measure” or the word “off”, so the studio’s script knows whether you allowed a page count. Set when you save a choice on this page. Duration 180 days. Path /. SameSite Lax. First party, on businesscisurtcust.cc only. Not readable by other sites.

cisurt_measure

Analytics, belonging to this site alone. Stored only if you choose a page count. The value is “on.” followed by a whole number, the count of pages this browser has opened on the site since the choice. Duration 180 days. Path /. SameSite Lax. First party. The script adds one to the number when a page loads. It does not record the page address, the time, or a name. The count is not sent to Cisurt and not sent to anyone else. This site is static and has no reporting server. The cookie exists so the choice has a real effect in the browser, and so you can clear a measurement you allowed.

We do not use any other cookie, local storage, or session storage. The brief form does not set a cookie. It opens your mail program.

Save a choice

The control below is part of this page. It is not a separate window. “Do not keep a page count” writes cisurt_choice as off and deletes cisurt_measure if it was there. “Keep a page count on this browser” writes cisurt_choice as measure and, if no count exists yet, starts cisurt_measure at on.1. You can change the choice whenever you return here. Changing it is how you withdraw consent for the measurement cookie.

Removing them in the browser

You can also delete cookies in the browser you are using, without returning to this form. The steps differ. In current versions of the main browsers the control sits in settings, under privacy, under a list of sites or a command to clear cookies for the current site. Delete the entries for businesscisurtcust.cc, or the names cisurt_choice and cisurt_measure. Blocking cookies for this site in advance means the form cannot save a choice. The rest of the site still works, because nothing else depends on a cookie.

If you use more than one browser, or a browser on a phone and another on a desk, the choice is separate in each. A count in one browser is not visible to the other, and it is not visible to us.

A complaint about the use of these cookies may be made to the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, whose seat is in mun. Chișinău, including through datepersonale.md, and to the competent courts of mun. Chișinău. You can also write to us first, at the address above, and we will answer.

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page will change. A change that adds a cookie, or that sends the page count anywhere, will not be silent: the choice on this page would be asked again, and the old measurement cookie would be cleared. This version, dated 2 November 2026, does neither.
