The hall on the second floor

Strada București 41, oficiul 3, Chișinău. The long table faces the morning. Most clients never climb the stairs: they join from Room Linia by video, from anywhere in Moldova or the EU. The hall is for the days when the sheet has to be argued with in the room.

What the morning hits first

The plaster in the hall was left as we found it. Room Linia, next door, was replastered so the screen would sit on a flat wall. Both get the same light until about eleven.

Along the wall

Scroll the bench. These are the things that stay in the room between jobs: the board, the cards, the rolls, the laptop we actually type on.

    The board stays up for the life of the job. Drivers are sheets and tape before they are cells.

What the reply will quote

These are the figures we start from. The reply to your brief confirms the fee in EUR or MDL, and the number of working days, before any file is opened. VAT is set out on the factură fiscală when the Fiscal Code requires it. Half is invoiced when the engagement letter is signed, half when the files are sent.

Plan audit
860 EUR · 8 working days. Marked files, a repaired workbook when the structure can be saved, and the questions the meeting is likely to ask.
Workbook and a short note
1,740 EUR · 11 working days. The three-case sheet and a note of about four to fourteen pages. No deck unless the brief asks for one.
Full pack
3,280 EUR · 23 working days. The written plan, the workbook, and a deck, usually 9 to 14 slides. PDF, XLSX, and PDF slides.
Hall day
410 EUR on top of the pack. Tuesday or Thursday, four hours, six seats at the long table. The A0 is plotted for that day. Book it in the same brief, or after the sheet exists.
